We start, and most times stay, in a very basic foundational stage.
Over the course of the experience We are asked to relearn and reconnect to how we talk, how we walk, how we relate to another, to ourselves, and to the environment.
It’s 50% magic and voodoo and 50% boots on the ground work.
Days last roughly 3-4 hours, they go by quickly.
